Very disappointed by the poor customer service from @MarriottBonvoy. 50+ nights this year at Marriotts, with two more trips coming, and customer service agents act like robots when I ask for help. Canceling credit card and wont be staying there much going forward. cc @MBonvoyAssist

Just finished @tegmark book “Life 3.0” and I’m so humbled by the approach and thoughtfulness of the book. Wish I could decipher it all better, so will try to read again. Is there a more important book to read and digest currently? I can’t imagine so.

I’ve been to 10 different cold plunge/sauna facilities across the US and Asia this year. Skin tone completely changed. Feel healthier w less aches and pains. There’s something about contrast therapy that I’ve become a believer in.
