MEET TAN IKRAM - THE JUDGE WHO REMANDED DANNY TOMMO - HE WAS ISSUED A FORMAL WARNING BY THE JUDICIAL CONDUCT INVESTIGATIONS OFFICE IN 2024
Tan Ikram (or Tanweer Ikram) is Deputy Chief Magistrate of England and Wales, therefore his role is a 'national' one, which means he can be moved to courts all over the country (wherever he is neeed) even though hos office is based in London.
He was awaded a CBE for 'services to judicial diversity' back in 2021.
He just so happened to preside over Danny Tommo's case yesterday.
He also presided over my case where he found me 'civilly' guilty of 'harassment' of a obsessive ginger haired journalist - one who just so happened to work for the Independent back in 2021.
He not only ruled I was 'harassing' a journalist who had given me very little time for a 'right to reply', he also ruled that I was not allowed to comment publicly on that 'journalists' reporting about me.
In other words, let her go to print with bullshit about me whilst I had to shut my mouth and let her crack on with no right to reply.
In October 2023, Judge Gregory Perrins and two magistrates modified that ruling which allowed me to to comment publicly on her reporting about me. That 'modification' undone the freedom of speech restrictions he placed on me, it took nearly two years for that to happen though.
It's safe to say hes not one for 'freedom of speech', quite the opposite in fact.

On the 11th of June 2024 the Lady Chief Justice, with the Lord Chancellor’s agreement, issued Deputy Senior District Judge Tanweer Ikram CBE with a formal warning for misconduct citing significant reputational damage to the judiciary after he 'accidentally liked' a post by a barrister on LinkedIn which read:
“Free Free Palestine. To the Israeli terrorist both in the United Kingdom, the United States and of course Israel, you can run, you can bomb but you cannot hide – justice will be coming for you.”

In 2023 Tan Ikram found 'trans activist' Sarah Jane Barker 'not-guilty' of inciting or encouraging violence when she called on far left activists to 'punch terfs in the face'.
She was filmed addressing a Trans Pride rally and shouted into the microphone:
“If you see a Terf, punch them in the f***ing face.”
I doubt any of our lot would get the same kind of 'leniency' from him if the boot was on the other foot.

On 13 February 2024, Ikram convicted three women of displaying images in circumstances arousing reasonable suspicion of support for Hamas, following a demonstration one week after the October 7 attacks.
Each received a 12-month conditional discharge.
He said he had 'decided not to punish' them and considered their lesson learned.

Angela Rayner’s department has launched an investigation after admitting that it deleted all responses to the Islamophobia definition consultation.
This is a truly shocking admission. Not only does it appear to breach the Government’s own data policy — which requires data to be retained for at least two years, and for 20 years if it is of historical importance — it raises serious questions about what the department is trying to hide.
Did extremists have the opportunity to influence the drafting of the Islamophobia definition? All the arrows point in that direction.
Will Garton, the chief civil servant at MHCLG, has finally written to the Shadow Justice Secretary confirming that “further work” will be undertaken to investigate these concerns and provide a comprehensive response.
Mr Garton also said that ministers were not involved in the decision to delete the consultation responses. But if ministers did not instruct officials to delete them, who on earth did?
The definition has already been weaponised to silence legitimate criticism of Islam, its practices and its history.
Angela Rayner has some serious questions to answer. She must come clean to the British public.

Back on here after a week's ban.
My crime? I reposted a video about Allah protecting someone and added: "Seems like Allah wasn't listening." That was it. The original post is still up.
I appealed straight away. I heard nothing for the entire week. No control over my account, engagement off a cliff, followers lost – and all the time and energy I'd put into building something here, gone. Starting again.
And energy is something I really can't spare.
For anyone new, or anyone who's forgotten: I live with severe ME. I've been mostly bedbound for a month. For the first several days I couldn't even look at a screen.
Every kind of energy – physical, mental, emotional, social – is really, really difficult to find.
People imagine ME means being a bit tired. It doesn't. It's bone-crushing fatigue – like having the worst case of Covid or flu you've ever had and the worst hangover, at the same time. Or climbing a mountain with a massive backpack on while feeling like that. Everything is heavy. That's my baseline. Every day.
On top of that: huge memory loss, problems with cognition, low blood pressure, freezing cold and shivering all the time even when it's warm, and a heart rate that hasn't dropped below 120 since Monday – hitting 140 while I'm lying in bed.
Everything costs. Not just physical things – thinking, feeling, talking, reading, replying. Before I do anything, I have to ask: can I afford this, and how much is it going to cost me? This post has a price. So does every reply.
It's why I haven't published an article in a long time. It's not that I don't care. I simply can't manage it at the moment.
This crash came off the back of a pile-on over my Arday articles, and the comments that followed. Then someone else decided to publicly undermine me on top of it. That's what stress does to a body with ME.
Last week I felt a little better, missed writing, and asked whether you'd want me to look into the benefits system. I got piled on for that too.
It's also been a rough week personally. After this week, I'm the worst I've ever been.
So if I don't get something quite right, give me a moment. Someone's pulled me up for saying the boat was empty. I corrected it as soon as I realised there was one person on board. That's what you do with a mistake. Sue me.
Another told me today I was wrong. When I mentioned my 21 years of police service, their comeback was: "Well, I got this from ChatGPT." Right then.
And what do people think I'm trying to gain from any of this? I've turned down every offer of interviews, TV and podcasts, because my health won't let me do them. I'm not in this to get something out of it.
I'm never going to be neutral, or user-friendly, or someone who appeals to everybody. I'm opinionated. I have strong views and I say them. That's the point.
I'm not infallible. I'm a human being doing the best I can, with what I have, to help people as much as I can – with the best of intentions.
So please, just give me a break.
If this matters to you, please share it – it helps more than you know right now. And if you live with chronic illness too, tell me how you budget your energy. I'd genuinely like to hear it.

A 14-year-old boy repeatedly stabbed a 14-year-old girl with a kitchen knife because she wouldn’t date him.
He didn’t go to prison.
She now says she’s scared wherever she goes. As the mother of a 14-year-old girl, this makes me so angry. Where is the justice for her?
Rehabilitation matters, but so do consequences. So does protecting the victim. So does protecting the next girl. Detention as a “last resort” cannot mean “no serious consequence” for serious crimes.
Sentencing isn’t only about the offender. It’s about the victim. It’s about protecting the next potential victim. And it’s about making absolutely clear where society draws the line.
Our youth sentencing laws need an overhaul.
This isn’t shoplifting. This isn’t a stupid teenage mistake. This was a girl being repeatedly stabbed because she said no.
Serious crimes need serious consequences. Being under 18 cannot be a get-out-of-jail-free card.
