Are You Trading Your Plan or Your Emotions? Ever taken a trade that made money but knew you didn’t follow your rules? Or lost a trade even though you did everything right? It happens. And that’s why trading discipline matters. Before you enter, know your setup and how much you’re willing to risk. While you’re in the trade, stick to your plan instead of reacting to every price move. Once you’re out, take an honest look at what went right or wrong. Don’t judge the decision by the result alone. In this AXPM ChartLab Weekend Education guide, we share practical prompts to help you stay disciplined and make more deliberate trading decisions. We’d love to hear from you. What do you struggle with most: waiting for the right entry, sticking to your plan, or accepting a loss? Share your thoughts in the comments. And don’t forget to save this post so you can revisit it before your next trading session. 🙂 Educational content only. Trading leveraged products involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors. #AXPM #AXPMChartLab #SatutdayTradingDiscipline #RiskManagement

This Week’s Inflation Story: What Import and Export Prices Add On Wednesday, we looked at what consumers were paying through CPI. Yesterday, PPI showed us the pressure facing producers. Today, we’re following that story across US borders. September’s import prices rose 1.1% month on month, while export prices climbed 2.2%. Nonfuel imports also rose 0.7%, so this wasn’t just about energy. Taken together, this week’s releases leave us with a question: how much of that cost pressure will businesses absorb, and how much will reach consumers? That matters for interest-rate expectations and for anyone watching gold, the dollar or equities. After everything we’ve seen this week, has your market outlook changed? Tell us what you’re watching heading into the weekend. We’ll bring it all together in tonight’s recap. Follow us for more market insights. #AXPM #Inflation #Markets

US PPI came in much hotter than expected. Producer prices rose 1.3% in September, pushing annual PPI to 6.3%. Even the underlying figure, which excludes food, energy and trade services, climbed to 5% year over year. Here’s how the markets are reacting so far: • DXY is slightly higher • Gold is down • Oil is up • S&P 500 futures are down • The 10 year Treasury yield briefly touched 5.10% After yesterday’s CPI report, these numbers give the market even more to think about, especially when it comes to the Fed’s next move on interest rates. The big question is, are we looking at a temporary reaction or the beginning of a bigger market repricing? The next few sessions could get very interesting. #AXPM #PPI #Inflation #FinancialMarkets
