Victoria Monet’s album is so good but it didn’t need to be 22 songs I’m sorry the only person that can do so is sza and I don’t think she should replicate it for next album

Listened to tinashe’s new album and I have to say I’m very disappointed. Crashout and too easy were amazing singles but everything else was very underwhelming. The whole album feels forced to fit a narrative rather than coming naturally to her. The lyricism is also not the -
- strongest. The only song that stood out in that realm is Heavy Weight which was decent lyrically. I also think for me the lack of features on this album is a downside. This was the year of pop stars like getting collabs with the new pop girls and old ones would have been iconic
