不知道资深员工是如何定义的，资深员工设计架构给十个人分配任务。只是没时间做实现，才需要带人，现在带AI更简单。
以现在AI的错误率，如果工作很容易被取代，说明工作的逻辑链条、外部依赖和上下文的长度要求根本不高。说明干的活一点不“资深”。
文中的“资深”只是“资历”。
Productivity SaaS真是一个历久弥新、evergreen的赛道。
前有优秀的Lark Base，Airtable，后有如zapier，make，retool，但是依然可以卷出新的玩家。人类对工具的追求真的是无止境。
Notion Founder总结的最好：人类shape工具，反过来工具也shape人类。

之前研究过几天flowith，是一个非常优秀的产品。
但：workflow类产品跟PKM产品一样都非常小众（pre-AI之前也是），因为它反大部分人的人性，难以对抗熵增。大部分人可能更希望有 “简简单单跟 AI 说，AI 就做完了所有事了” 这样 AI 心智领先于用户的产品。
也希望我的判断是错误的。
人类的一个核心需求：互相看不起。搞学历的看不起搞钱的，割韭菜的看不起build“价值”的。。🤣
最近看到一些关于学历的讨论，有些偏门的想法分享一下。
名校里有很多能人，本人作为肄业的屌丝，只能羡慕和敬畏。😂
但：学历 ≠ 智商，智商 ≠ 成功。
当前教育体系问题也不少。高学历也可能是擅长写作业，考试。名校出身的人往往会爱惜羽毛，不一定适应屌丝的数字货币行业，或创业狗泥地里打滚。多浪费学位啊！有些可能更适合在光鲜亮丽的大公司上班。
许多成功的企业家都是学校里调皮捣蛋，经常被老师骂。但都是能折腾的人。
当然，不能一概而论。名校对本人来说是吃不到的葡萄酸。😂
@GiggleAcademy（GA）将不注重帮学生们拿高中学历或大学文凭。这个不是目标。GA将着重帮学生们找工作。
没有学历，GA的学生们也不需要写简历。GA会给招聘公司大数据支持。比如学生A是数学和编程方面的top 5%，按照平时和App互动的速度和准确度判断。学生B是情商和爱心的top 1%，做了几千小时的义工，助教小班级的学生等。

This is a solid demonstration of Railgun's privacy pools mechanism ( papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.… ) working in practice, allowing Railgun to avoid serving proceeds of crime without using any snooping / backdoors.
How it works:
* Anyone can deposit into Railgun.
* After you deposit, there is a 1 hour period during which various algorithms detect whether or not the deposit likely came from what the algorithms consider to be criminal activity.
* If your deposit passes the filter, then after 1 hour you can use ZKPs to withdraw privately (but ideally wait longer to get a good-enough anonymity set).
* If your deposit fails the filter, then you can only withdraw back to your own address. There is no risk that your funds will get frozen/seized, you just can't benefit from the privacy pool.
If you disagree with Railgun's filters, anyone is free to fork and make their own pool with their own rules, though if you can't get reasonably wide public support you're going to have a tiny anonymity set.

No, I do not feel good at all hearing these things. There are even times when they make me feel emotional desire to quit. But each time that happens, I always see a sign from the world, something that reminds me that we are fighting for something valuable, that is worth fighting for.
If you look inside yourself, you will find things worth fighting for too.
Don't cancel yourself.
