#WorldMentalHealthDay was October 10th. In the last few years, #mentalhealth has garnered ⬆️ recognition that has led to ⬆️ acceptance + resources. 👏 Can we now talk about the roots? #Prevention, anyone? This is a much more challenging conversation, but it's 💯% as important.
