I am not exaggerating when I say this... I have sent 4 tweets, 9 DMs and called 74(!!!) times since 6am this morning because @British_Airways have cancelled the outbound flight for our first family holiday but I still can’t get through on the phone and nobody has responded!!!!

Been calling @British_Airways since 6am as I cannot rebook flights online but they don’t have enough staff to deal with their problems!! #BritishAirways #fail #whereisyourcustomerservice

Customer helpline: “if you’re unable to rebook or refund your flight on my booking online please hold for you options” 1 second later: phone cuts off *repeat 47 times* *tweet @British_Airways 3 times and send DM* Still no reply or answer...

So @British_Airways industrial action has resulted in our flight being cancelled. They tell you to call up to arrange flight changes/refunds. I’ve been calling for over 4 hours and cannot get through to anybody - now what?! #britishairways #whatcustomerservice
