Shane Warne is the only correct answer here
Every kid in the garden copied someone's run up and action. Who was the bowler you tried to copy as a youngster?

Except that the Bollywood actor Imran Khan never hailed Modi's election in 2014 as the second coming of Christ

Receipts #2. No mention of Modi's misogyny, Hindu chauvinism and consistent anti-Muslim stance as the chief minister of Gujarat from 2000 to 2014. The man who banned 86 per cent of India's currency bills overnight could apparently explain "complex economic ideas in direct terms"

The leopard only changed spots once he realised that being pro-Modi wouldn't help him gain much cachet in the NYC literary scene. His columnist mother continues to shill for the regime every Sunday in a newspaper here. This is just her from last week xitter.cf/avroch/status/21080883…
The Congress Party absolutely needs to the listen to the columnist who has claimed for well over a decade that no one but Modi "has gravitas" as a leader

Why is the Congress Party copying the tactics of the Cockroach Janata Party?? Street fighting and gimmicky songs are fine for young kids but make those already in Parliament just look silly and unserious.

David Hastings, the retired corporate executive protagonist of Switzy, Emma Cline’s new, Booker Prize longlisted novel, always carries a small leather notebook in his jacket pocket. When he wakes up in the mornings, he opens it up to recall his own name, the names of his daughter (Rebecca) and grandson (Rainer), his itinerary over the next week or so – all scribbled down in a patchy handwriting that must be his but he still can’t recognise. His 30-something assistant Cody is “the real keeper of the schedule, but it was one of those little feints they made at normalcy”. Not too long ago, David was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s. His doctor had told him there was no cure: the best therapies merely stave off the worst symptoms. To David, the plodding progression of the disease seemed particularly dreadful, the ignominy of bearing witness to steadily losing one’s mind. To much of Delhi and the Indian mainland, the northeastern states might as well be "the Nordics"
Imphal, Manipur: On the death of former bandmate and guitarist Vikram, Eastern Dark, Main Vocalist, Malemnganba (Lokesh) says, "Many have died from the Nordics, not only from Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Mizoram, so many people. But I don't know what the hell the government of India is doing. Many things are said about protecting the lives of we North-easterners, but I don't know. They need to do something radical. Some radical measures are to be taken, are needed to be taken off. If not, just a man, a person from North East die, a contamination will come from some VIPs, some prominent people, then it will subside for some time..." (07/09)
