With all the AI drops today, it's more important than ever: Make sure your context and chat threads are local files that are owned by you, not whatever platform you happen to use today. Avoid the lock in, and use whichever harnesses, models, and platforms you want without the switching cost each time.

I honestly can't believe this. @awscloud shut off Scarf's Bedrock access yesterday morning, which has caused an active outage for all of our customer-facing AI products. No notice. No explanation. No resolution guidance. Not even a response from their support team for 27 hours. When I finally get on the phone with someone just now, they had no information other than "we're escalating it, and we're sorry about this". I truly hate this. We've been customers for years and paid them a few million dollars in that time. They do not care. @awscloud I will continue to be as loud about this as possible until you resolve this, completely unacceptable.
