there's a pun with 米粉, which usually means rice noodles, but in this context refers to xiaomi fans.
小米 or Xiaomi means little rice (or millet). 粉丝 is internet for fans or followers. so the fans of xiaomi are called 米粉.
Xiaomi delivered around 20,000 cars in March. January hit 39,000. February and March both came in around 20,000.
That drop lines up with what I flagged in my earnings analysis. December's 50,000-unit surge borrowed demand from 2026. Now, with the purchase tax kicking in and the new SU7 still ramping, Xiaomi needs to average 46,000 units a month to hit 550,000 for the year.
The delivery math is the easy part. The harder question is what the earnings actually tell you about where Xiaomi is headed.
