Another great weekend for the #lhsthrows crew! Last season's PRs are becoming this season's averages. So happy to see their hard work showing up as new personal bests and consistency. Olivia breaking 30' for the first time and @AWrublik12544 throwing a new indoor PR and #16 in IL

Summer time throws! Great start to the #lhsthrows season with a bunch of new faces learning how to throw the shot put, Sophia preparing to compete at NCC, and Ashley looking to add a reverse to her finish and much more #BuildingTradition @lhsgirlsxctf @MsMcCormickOQMS

Amazing end to the meet! @natkowalskiii broke the school record twice (119’11”), @pay_lefevers333 threw a 10’ PR (115’0” - #3 all time at LHS) and Ashley Wrublik hit a 14” shot put PR to finish 2nd (39’2.5” - IL#13). On to EIU! #WeAreLemont @lhsgirlsxctf

Ashley Wrublik becomes the second #lhsgirls thrower to qualify with a throw of 11.95 (39’2”)!! Congratulations!!! #BuildingTradition #WeAreLemont @lhsgirlsxctf @kovach_football

Happy Senior Night! Last night's meet went about as well as I could have hoped given the weather this outdoor season. Great efforts all around and the results are showing! Continue working toward your goals! #BuildingTradition

Last indoor practice of the season! Got a lot of great discus and shot put work in - great-snowy day for drills! #BuildingTradition @lhsgirlsxctf @SarnoSophia @ava_1208 @natkowalskiii @christianaostt

And with that 2024 indoor season comes to a close for the #lhsthrows! A ton of improvement all around and I couldn’t be happier with the commitment and atmosphere you all bring to practice every day! Continue #BuildingTradition and take this momentum into outdoor! @lhsgirlsxctf

LHS Home Invitational this Saturday (3/16)! Field Events begin at 8am - Girls then Boys to follow. Come out to see the #lhsthrows and @lhsgirlsxctf compete against a very strong field! #BuildingTradition @kovach_football @jacob_katauskas @pay_lefevers333

Fantastic meet for the #lhsthrows girls today! Keep improving your technique and distance will take care of itself. Ashley’s throw places her IL#16! Shout out to @ava_1208 & @pay_lefevers333, coming out to support their teammates! I couldn’t be any happier. #buildingtradition
