Who thinks that the person in the White House that had Starlink cut off to Ukraine is a total A-hole and has the blood of those who died due to it on their hands?

Replying to @NikkiHaley
@NikkiHaley, it should be clear that @realDonaldTrump is not misjudging Putin. By waiving the sanctions, Trump is selling out the West to that bloodthirsty tyrant for reasons that I very much doubt have anything to do with advancing the cause of peace.
Waiving sanctions is part of an observed pattern. The fact that he is also willing to purchase diesel from Russia, that he may have withheld intelligence from Ukraine, and that, as recent reporting suggests, his administration throttled Starshield terminal speeds to coerce Ukraine into stopping attacks on Russian refineries right before what is shaping up to be a bruising midterm election means this is not mere misjudgment; it is a willingness to assist one of the West's principal adversaries for what appear to be highly personal reasons.
It is very sad that you lack the courage and decency to call Trump out explicitly.

This is what treachery looks like. Donald Trump openly siding with Putin while attacking allies. Treason-adjacent behavior.
Trump doesn't care about peace. His motives are to stave off potentially disastrous Republican losses in the midterm elections and avoid facing a Democratic-controlled Congress that might actually offer real opposition and investigate him and his associates.
I suspect his other motives are pecuniary. His administration's negotiations with Russia have already included a proposed multibillion-dollar Lukoil deal involving investors with business ties to his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, and Steve Witkoff's family. There have also been discussions of broader commercial cooperation with Russia.
At no point in these remarks does Trump mention wanting to constrain Putin or prevent further deaths in Ukraine, choosing instead to attack Zelenskyy.
Historians will remember Trump as one of the three worst presidents in U.S. history, possibly vying for last place with James Buchanan, whose inaction during the secession crisis helped pave the way for the Civil War.

WAKE UP AMERICA
Iโm not sure people grasp whatโs going on. We are living under a puppet regime. The president* of the United States is Vladimir Putinโs bitch and will do anything he tells him to. Murder, treason, you name it. We are no longer a sovereign nation. Weโre done here. #TraitorTrump

Senator Sheldon Whitehouse delivered a speech on March 9, 2026, listing ten actions Trump had taken that benefited Russia, often at America's expense.
1. After Trump and Vice President Vance publicly chastised Ukrainian President Zelensky in the Oval Office, Trump paused U.S. weapons shipments to Ukraine.
2. In July, during what Whitehouse called the worst Russian bombing campaign of the war up to that point, Trump paused an already-funded weapons shipment to Ukraine, including Patriot interceptors used to protect civilians.
3. That same month, the Treasury Department stopped imposing new sanctions and closing sanctions loopholes, which Whitehouse said effectively allowed dummy corporations to send funds, chips, and military equipment to Russia.
4. Leaked phone calls showed White House envoy Steve Witkoff and Putin envoy Kirill Dmitriev working closely behind the scenes on a peace deal favorable to Russia.
5. Last summer, Trump hosted Putin with a presidential red-carpet welcome on U.S. soil at the Alaska summit, which produced no meaningful progress toward ending the war in Ukraine.
6. Vice President Vance traveled to the Munich Security Conference and repeated anti-Western talking points of the sort used by right-wing groups that Putin has long funded to create political strife in Europe.
7. Trump installed Tulsi Gabbard (described by Whitehouse as a Russia apologist) as Director of National Intelligence, which Russian state media welcomed.
8. After Attorney General Pam Bondi's confirmation, the Department of Justice shut down its anti-kleptocracy work that had targeted Putin's oligarchs.
9. Late last year, Trump released a new National Security Strategy that abandoned traditional European alliances in favor of a more transactional approach; the Kremlin praised it as "largely consistent" with Moscow's vision.
10. The administration has moved to ease Russia's isolation from global sports competition, despite the Ukraine invasion and prior state-backed doping programs.
Seven months later, we can add more to that list:
11. A reported proposal involving a Trump-family-connected consortium to acquire Lukoil assets.
12. The administration's agreement to purchase Russian diesel, potentially providing Moscow with additional revenue.
13. Pressuring Kyiv to stop striking Russian oil refineries, thereby protecting a critical source of revenue for Russia's war effort.
14. Restrictions on Ukrainian Starshield terminals that have seriously impaired Ukrainian drone operations, including air defence. Reuters reports that the order originated inside the White House, while The Telegraph reports that Musk proposed the restrictions and Trump agreed. Both deny responsibility, and the precise chain of command remains unconfirmed.
15. Trump's October 16 decision to waive major sanctions and tariffs under the Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026, barely a month after signing it into law. These included additional tariffs on Russian goods and major purchasers of Russian energy, as well as sanctions targeting Russian entities and individuals.
16. The administration's continued accommodation of Moscow despite intelligence reporting that Russia has supplied Iran with targeting information concerning American military assets in the Middle East.
And there is considerably more.
All of which is to say, this administration needs to be thoroughly investigated. If those investigations uncover evidence that Trump's decisions were motivated by corruption, improper foreign influence, or other serious abuses of presidential power, Congress should initiate impeachment proceedings.
