My querying journey, a thread: 03/06 - sent my first ever query with the first version of my book (I'll call it Book 1) 03/08 - sent a batch of queries for Book 1 (six in total) 03/09 - 03/25 - received rejections for Book 1. 5 out of 6 queries passed, one never replied.

Update: an agent considered my story, she went back and forth with it, but said her expertise won't help my journey, and suggested to query one of her colleagues instead. Considering this sorta a win.

Ok so for this month's WIP we have: friends who have a feeling for each other but also live a double life—one is an assassin and the other a protector—and are forced to work together without knowing each other's real identities at night and during the day they're getting closer

Update: Nudged partial request. Got a reply she's still going through her list. Full MS is still undergoing review. It's really just a waiting game 😇
