The Heart of the Beast, the new Brad Pitt movie about an retired soldier and the K9 from his unit, is such an interesting survival story. I really enjoyed this movie.

They are investigating a planet that has duplicates of the crew but the bridge officers are too dumb to know Pike & Spock were replaced, despite them acting like complete idiots.
#StarTrek #StrangeNewWorlds is so bad. It started ok but has deteriorated into a weekly show that rips off other IPs - poorly.
This week they demeaned the name “Benny Russell.”

Do you have to be a horror fan to enjoy Resident Evil? …maybe not. I wasn’t always a horror fan, and this film got me thinking about those old movies that got me into the genre.
When I pulled my review together, I really tried to focus on if Zach Cregger’s new film would work for someone who doesn’t normally watch horror. (And I really enjoyed thinking about this movie through that lens!)
I found a story that gave me A LOT more to talk about than monsters, gore, and Raccoon City.
So, could Resident Evil actually win you over? I’d love to know!
My review is up with the first half being spoiler free and the second half getting into a couple big spoilers that needed some light shined on them.
