Electing Angie Nixon and David Jolly, will bring more of this dangerous violence!
This is Deaveon Jaquan Brown (28). He was let out of jail 10 days prior, with 7 previous felony arrests. He just stabbed a stranger in Orlando.

David Jolly on Friday: he'd fight to "undo preemption everywhere I can," including "using the governor's office to go into court to fight our own laws." A governor suing his own state. That's not leadership, it's sabotage. Florida needs Byron Donalds.

Now the rogue juror’s lawyer is even admitting Clancy was in a state of psychosis. Someone tried saying this guy was smart and good and should be feared. Obviously, that someone is an idiot, just like this lawyer. Don’t get confused. There are tens of thousands of idiot lawyers in this country who shouldn’t have a license to practice law.

The biggest reason why I’m voting Republican by Tuesday, November 3rd, is because I know that if democrats ever regain power, they will allow millions of illegal aliens into the United States…again. With the 2030 Census approaching, we can’t afford that risk.

You know where we go??? Violating the juror oath. Not applying the law as instructed by the judge. Violating the CONSTITUTION and the defendant's right to a fair and impartial jury. If he lied on his jury form, then you can add that to the mix. I strongly question why a juror, who just had a 12,000 judgment against them and was about to be homeless, would vote guilty after admitting they had reasonable doubt 🤔 hmmmmm

Those who cite jury nullification as a justification for a juror convicting a defendant of a crime despite the existence of reasonable doubt either misunderstand or do not appreciate an INDIVIDUAL’s right to due process and a fair trial. The government has no constitutional rights, only an individual does. The government has no “constitutional” right to a fair trial. This is no small distinction; there is a reason why Miranda, the 4th amendment, the exclusionary rule, the right to counsel, the right to a fair and impartial jury and yes, the right to have the government prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt exist to protect a defendant, even if they sometimes do act as “roadblocks” to the government’s ability to convict someone who has engaged in conduct that constitutes a crime under the law. Classic nullification also inures to the benefit of the INDIVIDUAL at the expense of the government, it is a form of protest or a sense of meting out justice to perceived government overreach or abuse. That is entirely different than convicting someone where reasonable doubt exists because of disgust with the act that serves as the basis for a criminal charge. That is a gross violation of an individual’s fundamental rights and anathema to the constitutional protections afforded to criminal defendants. Laws exist for the purpose of proving an INDIVIDUAL with extra protection beyond Constitutional rights but in no case can the government restrict rights that are afforded Constitution protection. If you approve of depriving constitutional protection from one defendant because her conduct was atrocious, where do you draw the line from case to case? The bottom line is that if you believe in Constitutional protections for any criminal defendant, you cannot and should not approve of any juror voting to convict a defendant if he or she believes there is reasonable doubt of that defendant’s guilt.

Another way that the current GLP-1 mass prescribing craze, reminds me of the opioid epidemic— is the complete refusal of those who are on these drugs, to admit that there are significant issues out there. As a doctor, I see a ton of side effects and adverse reactions all the time. And my x feed, and others, is absolutely filled with people who have had bad things happen on these drugs. Yet those who are on them, completely refuse to acknowledge all of the problems. And they become defensive and aggressive. That is exactly how an addict behaves

Andrea Yates was not guilty by reason of insanity. Women all over the world did not start killing their children. Women all over the world did not use an insanity defense. This is used in .01% of cases This did not set precedent because jury verdicts do not set precedent. The jury is allowed to wear pink. Or blue. Or green or black or any color they want. Please stop with your illogical comments. When you don’t have the facts behind you, try to get the emotions.

The hippo sisters did everyone a solid by putting Dr. Mack on the stand. Now he doesn't have a job.
Hot off the presses at 11:08 am today, Dr. Avram Mack is no longer employed by Nemours Children’s Health. CT Insider reporter Jayden Nguyen called Nemours, and officials confirmed it. I went to the same webpage I ss in my last post about Mack and Nemours, and I was redirected to “Find a Doctor.”

The prosecutor proved the defense case....if she was SANE at the time, she would have done everything differently. She would have given the children a "cocktail" and put them in their beds and she would have drank the same and then drifted off, never to awaken. Instead, in a horrific psychosis she did it much more gruesome. The CW doesn't know what they are doing.
An experienced American prosecutor just stood up in a courtroom in 2026, during a triple-homicide trial, and suggested in her closing argument that a mentally ill woman should have attempted suicide a different way. Our government has become disturbingly comfortable using its power this way. Our healthcare system is broken. Our institutions are failing catastrophically. Cora, Dawson, and Callan should all be alive. Lindsay should not be sitting in this courtroom. She should be mentally well, after receiving adequate treatment, and living with her family. Instead of confronting the systemic failures that helped create the circumstances of their deaths, the government stood before a jury and criticized how Lindsay tried to kill herself. We should all be outraged.

Quoting the CW Opening Statement back to their own final rebuttal witness and getting him to say that the CW minimized what Lindsay Clancy was going through on 01/24/2023 was a mic drop moment. What a way to end cross exam.
