It's 26 years since George Armstrong sadly passed away at the age of only 56. Today I feel both sad and proud. But I want to say more proud because my timeline is filled with Geordie and that's the way I want to see The #Arsenal class. We lost a club legend, but we don't forget.
Lovely morning at the home of youth soccer Newmarket Town, took me back, nice chat with Oscar and watched a excellent u7 Newmarket team, alongside an u11 Newmarket friendly.

Spoke to Ezri Konsa yesterday about working under Mikel Arteta & whatβs different about the Gunners boss having joined from Emeryβs Aston Villa...
His response: βSimilar (to Emery) in certain ways. Their attention to detail is second to none.
From what Iβve seen Mikelβs mentality, heβs a perfectionist. Not only that but the love he has for his players and the coaching staff is also special to see.
And credit to him heβs made me feel at home from day one and made me feel very confident going into games.
Heβs probably the best manager in the Premier League now and not only that but in Europe so very very pleased to be working under him and long may it continue.β
