The Big Healthcare Short: Corporate Healthcare is TERRIFIED!!! Government(Mafia) protection is being taken away. The sick and suffering receiving Healthcare and Doctors delivering care are going to have a say in Healthcare Policy and Delivery.
Here's what it boils down to: Do you like a Government purchased with "Donations" dictating how a Doctor can heal your sick and suffering loved ones? Here's why the law was overridden: "Opponents of Chevron told the Supreme Court that the framework unfairly tips the scale of litigation by requiring judges to systematically favor government regulators over those challenging the regulations".
Hospitals say overriding the law is "especially concerning in healthcare policy, where agencies must leverage their expertise to address emergencies, adapt to ever-changing technology and improve health outcomes.". Under Hospital and Insurance leadership we have piss poor quality, unaccessible Doctors, and unaffordable Medical Care. Absolute proof the law was a failure on all 3 metrics and needs to be repealed. US Healthcare is now ranked below many Single Payer systems(also dumpster fires) and costs more. Costs more, driving the out of work sick person into bankruptcy while paying the taxes for the UNTAXED "Nonprofit" Hospitals making them $BILLIONS.
Academics and policy wonks rushed to defend the law. They said the Government is doing a great job of managing Medicare, Medicaid and CHIP and no reform is needed. They said: "competent and stable administration of these programs depends on the deep expertise of the agencies to which Congress has assigned the responsibility of promulgating rules and rendering interpretive decisions in connection with the implementation of these complex statutes,". All these programs are a failure if you are sick and going broke. You can't make this up!
The real crime is Congress is against real Healthcare reform. Our healthcare system is Killing people. Donations are worth more than votes. Call your Legislatures today before your loved ones get sick.

Turns out safer supply prescriptions are NOT responsible for the“flood” of hydromorphone on Canadian streets.
CBC analyzed six years (2018-2023) of loss and theft data reported to Health Canada by pharmacies, drug wholesalers, hospitals and other places that handle controlled drugs … and guess what:
MILLIONS OF UNITS of prescription opioids have GONE MISSING from Canadian pharmacies, including hydromorphone!
Harm reduction critics have been blaming diversion of safer supply (prescribed alternatives) for its increasing presence in the street supply and police seizures.
But those of us familiar with the tiny safer supply programs in BC and Ontario — which support fewer than 5% of people diagnosed with opioid use disorders … KNEW THE MATH WASN’T MATHING!!!
