You probably heard over on my personal acct, but we're changing up the way we start our relationships with clients here at Augur. This is all in re-thinking the way we participate in the Future of Work. Less transactions, more relationships and deeper collaborations.

What is a totally irrational frustration that you experience out in the world: For me, it is always without fail - when I show up to a place I go regularly and my "seat" is taken. This is a co-working subtweet.

Compiling some great contributions from Business Model Improv, last week. Thinking about our customer's needs in terms of key activities: When building something like a bakery are you thinking about including or excluding, what about dietary needs or restrictions, allergies?

For service providers, when was the last time you got (redacted) on your own supply? That is, when was the last time you put yourself and your company through your own paces and systems that you offer to clients? Audit your own programs and offerings.

Bring me your tired, your hungry for the build, your startup founders, your creative entrepreneurs, your freelancers who are actually dope small business owners. Let's get after it this Thursday. What y'all working on?!

I am still building it for myself, but what I have done is forgive myself for where and how I fell/sold myself short in the past. Can't dwell on it if I'm going to become the best version of this next phase!

I wish more product sites/apps would allow me to upload my brand colors into a library so I don't have to constantly toggle between my Figma files and their color pickers every time I make a new anything. I'm not going to memorize all those hex codes. Promise.

It's been so long that I'm still rocking light mode over here and that is a problem for my eyeballs. I owe them an apology. It's all so...bright!
