When I proposed a common language policy at our workplace, this was one of the most thought-provoking questions I received. It’s a legitimate concern, particularly for a company like CallHub that values diversity.
Yet, can true diversity exist without a shared foundation promoting equal opportunity?
I've penned down my thoughts on a stance that is non-negotiable to me.
