Office refurb pretty much complete. Needs to drill holes for handles on the drawers etc, but for now, that’s done! Here’s hoping I can manage to keep it a bit tidier once the stuff is all back in at the weekend 😂

Survived the school PTA Christmas fair. Raised a good chunk of change for the school, but egads it was busy 😂

Slowly getting there, got a few more done since this was taken, still gonna take a while to finish the lot. Had forgotten how relaxing painting can be!

I ALMOST look like a normal human, rather than the ancient Uncke Albert impersonating hermit I was starting to resemble 😂 just waiting for the long train saaaaaahf. First post pandemic conference here I come!

Before and after. Really happy with how those turned out. I’ve properly rediscovered how relaxing painting stuff is. I even gave Clarence a skull to say sorry for leaving him languishing in the bits box for 30 years 😂

This evening I gave a miniature I painted when I was 10 that was lounging in my bits box a glow up using speed painting techniques. Pretty pleased with how he turned out! Will do the other one another evening!

Now I’ve finished building the Skaventide mountain, I’ve tried out the slapchop painting technique on some vintage 1987 plastic skaven bodies. Quite impressed TBH, each of these took way less than an hour, and they look OK.

Now I’m do e with my Lego, it’s time to start on the Skaventide box my daughter and partner bought me for my Birthday! Squeak squeak!

It’s finally finished! I heartily recommend this set as one of the most fun to build I think I’ve EVER done. It’s massive too.
