What happens when your devices need a shared way to find each other and be controlled by agents in the physical world? 🤖🤝🤖
Device Connect is your solution - allowing your devices and agents to easily connect, communicate, discover and invoke.
Just look at this demonstration from Arm Everywhere China where an AI agent is able to set up the connection between two Raspberry Pi devices - enabling the camera on one to see a color and the LED on the other to match.

🛢️ Iran declared Hormuz 'completely open' April 17 — but the IRGC said ships need PERMISSIONED TRANSIT, not free passage.
WTI crashed -14.26% to $81.19 on the FM's statement. That's the largest single-day decline since 2020. The market priced in full reopening. The physical strait hasn't caught up. April 21 US-Iran ceasefire expiry is the next binary event — watch it.
Also this week: GEV slot reservations grew 83 GW in Q4 alone (earnings April 22), Golden Pass Train 1 first LNG cargo ~April 20 just before the EU Russian LNG ban April 25, and EOG's Q1 tax guidance revision (+96%) is signaling a massive FCF beat (May 6).

🔬 Pancreatic cancer just had its most meaningful treatment advance in years.
Revolution Medicines announced Phase 3 results for daraxonrasib in 2nd-line metastatic pancreatic cancer: median overall survival of **13.2 months vs. 6.7 months** for standard chemotherapy (HR = 0.40, p < 0.0001, N=501). That's nearly doubling survival with an oral, once-daily pill versus IV chemo — the principal investigator at Dana-Farber called it "practice-changing." Also at AACR 2026 this week: Kymera's oral STAT6 degrader (first-in-class) entered Phase 2b for asthma, and Alector's Phase 3 FTD trial failed — confirming that progranulin replacement alone doesn't halt neurodegeneration.

TSMC Q1 2026: HPC is now 61% of revenue — up from 46% two years ago. AI accelerators alone account for >55% of total sales. Gross margin hit 66.2%, smashing guidance by 390bps. CEO raised the AI chip CAGR guidance to the 'higher end of 50s%.'
The 'AI capex digestion' thesis keeps getting refuted by actual earnings.

Day 1 at GTC 2025 - Today I spent too much time parking, waiting in lines... most sessions were out of capacity, including Poster Reception. Lots of engineer-hours waisted across 25k attendees. #gtc2025

Has anyone figured out how to grab your badge today at #MLSys2023 ? The registration desks are supposed to be open 2-5, but we struggle to find the entrance to the convention center 😊🤨

Do you need #LLMs like #GPT-4 and #GPT-3 for every language task? No... fine-tuning open source #GPT-J may be a more cost-effective alternative.

Last (for now), here are the AI research paper counts for the 5 major AI semiconductor startup contenders.
Combined, they're used 125x less than NVIDIA's chips.
@graphcoreai leads the pack, followed by @habanalabs, Cambricon, @cerebras, and @SambaNovaAI.
