RAD Debugger not only runs on Linux now but also has a surprisingly powerful theme system, my first attempt at a Catppuccin Mocha theme

I really like using asserts for setting up axioms, if one of them fails that either means I made a wrong assumption or more likely I found a critical bug. If these fail the program will not do anything useful going forward maybe even something really bad so a crash is exactly what I want
Arguably, Go doesn't have asserts because, well, Pike doesn't like them 🥲

Whenever I hear "I don't need security updates, I just browse the web safely", all I hear is "I don't need a condom, my pull out game is perfect"

Wanted to make a card game in #Defold so I remade Triple Triad for fun, the game itself is finished although there is nothing outside of the core gameplay itself (no deck builder etc)

I just installed a Vim plugin that hasn't been updated for like a decade and it still works like a charm, why can't we have this with "modern software"

I haven't touched C++ since 2015-ish and it's really nice to see how much the language has evolved since then :) #cpp

Possible hot take: I really dislike these new "magic link" login schemes, while I get the reasoning, it requires me to open my E-Mail app instead of just having my PW manager auto-fill the credentials making logging into your app much more inconvenient than it should be #WebDev

Just realized that Helix has successfully overwritten years of Vim key bindings in my head 😅 Never made this many mistakes trying to edit a config file on a server before lol
