I have an idea for Cal football.. let's get EECS professors to create an AI model that runs the football team, from GM down to the coordinators. We can prove we are a top CS program and have a good football team in one blow. I'm serious, but mainly because it seems like it can't get any worse so we have nothing to lose.

Would the listing agent be incentivized to prioritize a lower offer because they’d get more commission for the lower offer with the double commission over a higher offer with the regular commission? Seems to be bad for the seller.
