The short documentary "Women on the Move" introduces Hava, Christa, Kimi, and Golnoosh, who came to Serbia as refugees, and their motivation to take part in the Advocacy Group and contribute knowledge and experiences to the fight for a better status of girls and women.
According to data, 1 in 5 refugee women experience sexual violence and child marriage, and the pandemic only made it more difficult for them to access adequate services. They, and their suffering, often remain invisible, and without a possibility to advocate for changes.
