CBS reports that Trump almost FLOODED the Central Valley of California by instructing the Army Corps of Engineers to release billions of gallons of water from two reservoirs in California's Central Valley.
If farmers did not talk the Army Corps into stopping the water flow, there would have been serious flooding.
Farmers are now worried that the water they rely upon for the dry summer season has now been wasted and say it is "assumed to be lost."
Experts say there is "absolutely no connection" between this water and firefighting in L.A., nor is there even a way to get this water to L.A.
