Leaders, while it's true that it’s all about the kids, remember that a student's learning environment is created by the teacher. A teacher who is supported, valued, & appreciated will create a more positive & dynamic learning environment than a teacher who is not.

We need to restore teachers' collective bargaining rights in Iowa.
