The hard thing about being an artist / Performer is you put all the work into an audition of self explore and then just release your talents to be critiqued by people you may never see. And who judge you based on their own particular biases.

“Never quit” sounds great, but sometimes, you gotta quit. be willing to say, “this isn’t what i thought it was,” or “this doesn’t appeal to me anymore.” remember that you can quit “the thing” without quitting on yourself.
