🇺🇸🇺🇦 The Russian funded Trump administration has halted future funding for security assistance to Ukraine under the INCLE program, — The Washington Sun. The program funds support for Ukrainian police, border guards and other law enforcement agencies that protect civilians and critical infrastructure. In addition, the State Department redirected $50 million that Congress previously allocated for Ukraine for fiscal year 2025 to countries in the Western Hemisphere. According to an aide to a Democratic senator, this was not reported to Congress. The two senators are demanding that Secretary of State Marco Rubio explain the redirection of funds and ensure that Ukraine is prioritized when distributing another $80 million in aid for fiscal year 2026.
