The other big Q4 build is the AI workforce training pipeline. Companies are handing more work to AI agents, and the agents keep failing for the same reason: they don't know how the business actually works. We capture that from people. The pipeline hands it to the agents.
How business rescue will work: the owner does a series of voice interviews with Sensay. Suppliers, pricing logic, the customers who need careful handling, why things are done the way they are. That becomes a knowledge base the next owner can ask questions of.
Most knowledge capture tools still hand a departing employee a form. We went the other way. Sensay interviews people by voice, asks follow ups in real time and notices what they skip. People say far more out loud than they will ever type.
The Q4 build we're most excited about started with one number. Project Equity estimates retiring boomers own 2.3 million US small businesses, employing one in six American workers. Many will close rather than sell, because everything they run on lives in the owner's head.

@asksensay is building one of the most important tools for a world where knowledge loss is becoming a serious problem, especially across modern workforces.
Preserving expertise, institutional memory, and human knowledge at scale will only become more valuable as AI adoption accelerates.
AI doesn't remove the need to capture knowledge. It raises the stakes of not doing it. A model trained on the shallow half of what your company knows will be confidently, fluently wrong about the rest.
We plan retirements around pensions and headcount. Almost nobody plans them around knowledge. The financial handover is meticulous. The knowledge handover is a shared drive nobody opens again.
Deloitte's estimate for lost output as more than 30 million Americans reach 65 over four years runs into the trillions. We keep filing this under retirement planning. It belongs under risk.
