Today we’ve raised $52M Seed and we are announcing the public launch of S2.1 Pro.
>It can clone a voice from 5 seconds of audio
>2x faster than Cartesia & 1/6th the cost of Eleven Labs
>most expressive model with word level control over emotion, intonation, pacing etc
We support frontier AI companies including HeyGen, LiveKit, Retell, Sanas, and OpenArt all run our model in production.
If you're a business and we can't cut your voice AI costs by 50%, we'll give you 1 year of Fish Audio for free.

To celebrate our first birthday, we'll give you 1 month of S2.1 Pro for free. Like, retweet, and comment “Fish” to get it.
Better late than never 10:59 EST @ycombinator
Meant to do this early today but life tried extremely hard to get in the way but still made it a minute shy of the deadline 🫣 I know chances are thin but will never know if you don’t try. Best of luck to all founders who applied!

We're on track to hit $4M ARR in under a year. 🚀
Getting from $0 to $20k MRR was by far the hardest part.
So we documented everything that got us there:
• Every traffic channel we used
• Our daily growth playbook
• The exact outreach scripts and messages
• The systems we repeated every single day
No fluff. Just the playbook that got us our first $20k MRR.
Want it?
Repost ♻️ so more founders can see it.
Comment "20k" and I'll DM it to you.

The real driver of capturing every lead:
Regular data cleanup.
• Less time spent on invalid leads.
• Fewer hours wasted on outdated information.
• Drastically reduced instances of chasing the wrong leads.
Nothing fancy. Just something I stopped ignoring.
1. Didn't rely on aggressive cold DMs anymore.
2. Follow-ups became less frequent, yet effective.
3. Advertising platforms faded into the background.
Just how things unfolded.
Don't neglect lead follow-ups or overcomplicate booking systems.
What quietly worked better:
Simplicity in design.
Consistent check-ins on AI performance.
Preemptive troubleshooting based on data patterns.
After a few months, customer complaints showed up a lot less.

5 things I thought mattered more than they did:
1. Fancy algorithms.
2. Infinite data sets.
3. Complex integrations.
4. 24/7 system monitoring.
5. Overly customized solutions.
Don't neglect lead capture or over-automate follow-ups.
What quietly worked better:
Optimized chatbots.
Enhanced reminder systems.
Effective job booking algorithms.
After a few months, missed opportunities showed up a lot less.
When the AI system schedules two service appointments at the same time for the same technician. Still happens.
Daily system checks, underrated yet pivotal.
One reason I still do it: Averted a major client data loss.
Regular system updates create seamless functionality. It became a habit unnoticed. The persistent software glitches simply vanished.
If you can't plan your day, you won't control your life.
Neglecting feedback leads to stagnant growth. Everything else is a distraction.
