Distribution is the moat. Building has become easier than ever. What matters more now is how you distribute what you build. Anything can be copied, but the audience and community you build around your product are much harder to replicate. Just my POV.
I don't know, is it only for me that X is so slow in web version. Posting, commenting everything is so slow!

I spent a ton of time 2y ago trying build a robust pipeline that translates video from one language to other with precision. I never liked it enough to release.
Finally with Opus 5.5, I was able to build sharper version that did it well. I would say we are ~95% there for *PROPER* any language to any language pipeline.
This English / Malayalam set is the proof & I can't imagine what this will unlock! Flood gates of content is going to open to non-native speakers!
I hope @Google will do this in YT soon. Thanks @AnthropicAI for the exceptional model!

You can build and ship a great product, but without reaching the right audience, it goes nowhere.
That's why personal brand matters.
Now I get why Naval said: "If you can build AND sell, you're unstoppable."
Building isn't enough. Learn to sell.
Got 10+ users after making it live yesterday. I am planning to closely work with the users to know what changes needed to make it more good, what new features users want, bugs and issues while using this. If anyone is interested to use this daily and get me feedbacks..DM please.
