Instead of letting a cached item expire (and a user experiencing a very slow request when it recalculates), let the cache system dispatch a message to do it *before*. We do this to refresh vimeo metadata so you don't have to wait.

Another look at the PHP RFC fibers. There are no other async-wise RFC alternatives. ext-fiber is a PHP extension. Realistically, we will see it in real world apps in ~X years. We'll have 2 competing approaches together with a light years ahead @php_swoole
