I am delighted to announce publication of my research article on 'Exclusion of Pasmanda Muslims and Dalit Christians from the SCs Quota'.
It debunks false narratives which have been spread through Rangnath Mirsa Committee Report about Scheduled Castes.

पासपोर्ट विवाद में यह तो पता चला कि नागरिकता प्रमाणपत्र ज़िलाधिकारी के कार्यालय में बनता है। विदेशी लोगों का प्रमाणपत्र गृहमंत्रालय के अण्डर सेक्रेटरी के यहाँ से जारी होता है, ज़िलाधिकारी शपथ दिलाता है।

I obtained my citizenship certificate in 2002. The District Magistrate (DM) issues a citizenship certificate, which is conclusive proof of citizenship. A passport is accepted as proof of citizenship for holders born before 1987. It should be accepted as proof of citizenship for all holders. How can the Government of India issue a passport to a non-citizen except under Section 20 of the Passports Act, 1967, to a stateless person or for humanitarian reasons? Are ordinary Indian passports also issued under Section 20?
We do not need NCR?
We simply need an amendment in Citizenship Act, 1955 specifying that Passport issued to ordinary citizens and voter id card shall be considered proof of citizenship.
Is @KapilSibal befooling the people?
When Bombay High Court passed its order in 2013 that passport alone is not proof of citizenship, Sibal was the law minister of the country?
My aspersions is that his ministry would have taken this position in the court, elsewhere…
UPA government would have amended the citizenship and passport act to resolve this issue.
@narendramodi government did not resolve this issue because it wants NRC.
