The constitution is just a piece of paper has never been more true during my lifetime.
Just because you're a citizen doesn't mean the masked goons can't do whatever they want with you. Constitutional rights are a thing of the past apparently.
Ryan Garton told AP he saw immigration enforcement agents pinning down a man on the side of the road in a Chicago suburb as he was driving home. He pulled over to document what was happening on video. One agent had his knee on the man’s back and was “beating up on him,” Garton said. An agent told local police that they mistook the man for a fugitive and released him after realizing he is a U.S. citizen, according to a police statement.
The same citizen, detained on three separate occasions, simply for the color of his skin.
I can't imagine how any american could be okay with this behavior, this blatant disregard for our constitutional rights.
The U.S. citizen detained 2x in warrantless construction site raids in AL wins preliminary victory in suit against DHS. A Trump-appointed judge is temporarily barring immigration agents from entering private construction sites without consent/warrants.
