Got the invitation to attend the opening of Bookxcess at Sunway Square. A maze in the best way possible. Every corner is a surprise. 🤯 Ran out of time to see everything, but it’s a great excuse to return. The mall is buzzing, looks like 90% full occupancy already.

Spent my morning at the new Hextar. Physical occupancy is still low, with most hoardings still up. Despite the odd and confusing layout, noticed a few interesting Placemaking spots. Fairly crowded for a 2mil sqft mall. Will probably come back in 3 months once anchors are open.
