Highly recommend publishing amazing work with even better friends/colleagues. It’s the best!
So excited for this to be out! This study focused on stress among investigators in a majority Hispanic PD
Important findings include:
• increased trauma from continued exposure to traumatic scenes/cases
• lack of understanding from patrol officers

Hands down the best attendance assignment I've ever used is the "What song is currently on repeat" question. I make a Spotify playlist for my students with their faves then share it with them. They LOVE it.

Two years ago @WesleyTSmith3 & I had 2 PhD graduations in 2 different states in the span of 2 days. 🎓it’s been one heck of a ride 🥳
My very first Undergraduate Honors student defended her thesis today! I couldn’t be more proud of her and all the hard work she put in this year.
