👌Huge thanks to @aroblingo for her fab workshop with the #SLLPAlumsNetwork this afternoon #Reflection #Experiences #Values #AppreciativeInquiry #ImprovementPlanning #LeadershipMatters #LanguagesMatter. Recorded version will be shared on the #SLLPAlumsNetwork Team soon #WorthIt
ALT Screenshot of one of Ann's slides in her genial.ly presentation. Text at the top reads: Think of leadership experiences which stand out to you. What made them impactful? What can you learn from them? Below the text is a wordcloud labelled partners, a group of people labelled colleagues and three children labelled learners.
ALT Screenshot of graphic from Ann's presentation. The words 'Vision & Goals' in the centre are surrounded by the words beginning with D, each with a related question and each connected with arrows. Define = What do I want to focus on? Discover = What am I already doing well? What are my strengths in this area? Dream = What is the best possible outcome I can hope to achieve? Design = How can I use my strengths & what am I already doing well to achieve my ideal outcome? Deliver = How will I implement this strategy & measure its success?
