Are you excited for Ace Week? 🖤🩶🤍💜
We'll be having an online community hangout on October 30, Friday, at 8:00 p.m. PhST. It will be in our Discord server and we will also stream it to our Facebook group.

You're not a feminist whatsoever if you completely disregard trans women as a whole, you're supposed to fight for equality, not oppression

Hey guys, remember it’s okay to use they/them if you don’t know someone’s pronouns, but if you KNOW someone’s pronouns and WORK WITH THEM ACTIVELY/ARE FRIENDS WITH THEM use the right ones! Thanks!

Some Filipinos are so against the protests in France because the protesters are destroying “heritage sites.”
Man, we don't even need a “violent” protest to experience that. Our own government has always been destroying and disrespecting our heritage.

i think one thing filipinos, or even the rest of the world, will never understand about protests is that the point has always been to paralyze the country to the point where those in power are left w/ no choice but to concede. the french seem to understand this better than most.

it's also rooted in rape culture because straight people cannot Stand the concept of a person that isn't sexually available to them, even a complete stranger
Sexual relationships are not the only way to have intimacy and meaningful physical affection with another person. A bond is not "less" without it, when the care and regard is true.

If your feminism doesn't include all women, then your feminism is fake and u have no right to call yourself a feminist

YES. I love that a huge part of the main conflict is in questioning the value of their shared memories and experiences.

The true antagonist in Forgotten Island is not the monsters in the dark, but the loss of community, the disconnecting of the self from the other, the alienation of Kapwa. 😭😭😭 WHO TF WROTE THIS
Replying to @MotzieD
The letter above her heart says "Po/Pu" and the first letter is Ka and the last letter looks like Wa.
I thought it might be Kapuso because I couldn't read the Wa properly but someone pointed out it just says "Ka-pu-wa" as in Kapwa. As in community. She had no community.

Everyone is like “I think people are allowed to do whatever they want as long as it doesn’t hurt anyone” but everyone has a problem with asexual/aromantic people, polyam people, nonbinary people, neopronouns, etc etc.

Hey parents, can y'all please normalize apologizing to your kids when you mess up? Like genuinely. No, being strangely nice afterwards isn't an apology. Directly have a conversation with your child. Stop expecting them to just get over how you treat them.
Queerplatonic relationships are often rejected because they dismantle the hierarchical view of partnership that's presented by amatonormativity. The idea that romantic love is an inherent priority isn't inclusive to everyone's experience, and it's important to acknowledge that
