Marson Weh, a career violent criminal, killed 15 year old Michael Garr, a student in the Upper Darby, Pennsylvania.
The teen was stabbed and slashed 11 times as he walked near his home.

🚨Watch how this Mississippi highway patrolman treats a man and his family while on a traffic stop for speeding......on Christmas Eve 2022.
Highway 7 | Marshall County, Mississippi
Mississippi Highway Patrol Trooper Cameron Bell stopped a driver named Aaron for speeding on Hwy 7 while Aaron was traveling with his family.
Aaron later said he spent about 12 years in law enforcement; his father was a cop for 30 years and his brother was an Arkansas state trooper.
Dashcam shows Bell made two U-turns before completing the stop.
After contact, Aaron and his wife had trouble finding insurance paperwork. Bell wrote a speeding ticket quickly, handed Aaron his license and the citation, then stepped back from the window.
Aaron, frustrated, tossed the ticket into the glove box.
Bell then ordered him out of the vehicle and arrested him. On camera he threatened to “lock [him] up.”
He later alleged Aaron snatched the ticket from his hand. Video commentary of the stop says the ticket had already been handed over before it went in the glove box.
Bell told the family they would have to bail Aaron out of the Marshall County Jail. During transport he radioed that Aaron had been arrested for speeding.
Aaron was booked, bailed out by family, and spent the rest of Christmas with them.
Speeding is a citation offense. Whether tossing a ticket already in the driver’s possession justified a jail booking is the dispute the video raised.

❓When agency leadership sees dashcam videos of abuses like this, why do they continue to allow the trooper to work on the highways?

Montgomery County, TX: A constable stops a driver named Patrick after he flipped the officer off. After some conversation the constable calls for a drug sniffing K9.
Deputy Moller arrives.
The dog walks the car and does not alert.
Moller tells Patrick there was no alert, then asks if he uses drugs. Patrick replies he wouldn’t say yes or no — none of the deputy’s business.
Patrick asks Moller if a raised finger was worth all of 'this trouble', the officer then calls the middle finger a “road rage incident.”
A rude gesture is still protected speech.
A non-alert is not probable cause.
Extending a stop and fishing for a drug admission after the dog already said no raises obvious Fourth Amendment questions.
❓If an officer will make up PC to stop a person after they give them the bird, what else will they make up PC to stop someone for?
❓If the constable called for the K9 because of the finger, was that already an unlawful extension?
❓Did using “road rage” language give them cover to extend a stop that should have already been over?

A Hancock County, Indiana sheriff’s deputy is facing 441 criminal charges after investigators allege he repeatedly used FLOCK license plate cameras to monitor people in his personal life.
James Heneghan, 33, is accused of conducting 6,196 FLOCK searches between December 2024 and March 2026. Investigators say roughly 65% happened while he was off duty, on PTO, or using comp time.
The investigation alleges Heneghan repeatedly tracked his wife, a man who knew her years ago, and a former girlfriend and her family. One man’s vehicle was reportedly searched 922 times, while his wife’s vehicle was searched 901 times.
Investigators say there was no criminal case or active investigation involving either vehicle that would explain the searches.
The case also involves allegations that Heneghan followed and pulled over his former girlfriend’s daughter after previously searching her vehicle multiple times.
He is charged with 220 counts of fraud, 220 counts of official misconduct, and one count of intimidation.
The intimidation charge stems from an alleged message to a relative that included a threat involving the person’s children.
Heneghan has been placed on unpaid administrative leave while termination proceedings move forward. He is scheduled for an initial court hearing tomorrow.
These are allegations contained in the charging documents. Heneghan is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
Hot take, ready? It should not take “bravery” to walk down a SINGLE street in the United States of America.

Is it the hard working, law abiding, tax paying citizens of every race, religion, ethnicity, gender, and demographic imaginable that bust their ass at work, day after day, to make New York a better place?
Or is it the brazen criminals who our corrupt politicians have knowingly invited to come here, who accelerate the criminal rackets, who’ve become so emboldened that they will openly threaten your life for doing nothing more than filming a street that your taxes incidentally purchased?
I met a gentleman this morning when I was going to grab coffee. He pulled over his car to shake my hand somewhere in Tribeca.
And when we got to talking, he began explaining to me that he was ashamed to say that despite having lived here for decades, he was finally leaving. That he’d just hit a breaking point and couldn’t take it anymore.
Can we blame him? I mean, can we?
I do my God’s honest best to stand up for what I KNOW is right here.
For clean, safe streets where women and children don’t have to walk half a mile in the opposite direction to take a subway they’re already rightly nervous about riding.
And through it all, I’ve never harboured a SHRED of hatred, discrimination, or bigotry. I still don’t.
But something’s gotta give. Something gotta change.
Because from a sheer quality of life perspective, this city is just spinning out of control.

He was a pediatric critical care physician at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
He ran the team that transports the sickest children in the region, the babies and kids so critical they have to be moved between hospitals just to survive.
Just after midnight Thursday, police say a Black man, Elijah Hemingway, got into his home in Edgewood and attacked him and his wife while they were asleep in their bed.
His wife told police they fought back with everything they had.
Their two children, 8 and 12 years old, made it out alive.

A police dog tracked down 32-year-old Elijah Hemingway hiding behind a nearby house with cuts on his hand.
He's now charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault, burglary, and criminal trespass.
Back in February, according to a criminal complaint, Hemingway forced his way into his ex-partner's home and stole her laptop and two cell phones.
He was arrested in July. Two felonies. Burglary and theft.
And he was released on a NONMONETARY bond. Not a dime. He just walked out.

A follower reached out to me after his 19 year old brother was hit by an unmarked Hatzolah "emergency vehicle" smart-car speeding through Brooklyn without sirens, launching him 30 feet into the air.
Over 1 year later, after suffering a massive head injury his brother is still in a coma...
I could barely find any media coverage of this story, and I wanted to share it further.

An officer warned him he'd get a WARRANT if he didn't show up, he'll have to miss school for it.
His name is Cade, he's 11 years old, a sixth grader in Oviedo, Florida.
His dad helped him start a little summer business selling squirrel tables and Cade worked all summer long, he saved up $900 and he bought that bike himself.

On Labor Day, Cade grabbed his fishing pole and rode toward the pond at Sweetwater Park, he was on the shoulder of the road, about 300 FEET from his house.
Why not the sidewalk?
His answer: "If I go on the sidewalk, I can only go 10mph, and also it's going to scare the pedestrians."

Then, an Oviedo police officer pulled him over.
Asked him for his license, his registration, his proof of insurance.
THE KID IS ELEVEN.
Then they fingerprinted him.
Wrote him a citation with a mandatory court date and told this little boy, on camera, "You have to show up, OK? Or they're going to put out a warrant for you."
Then they called in the city tow truck!!!!!!
His dad's words: "They called in the city wrecker for this little, tiny electric bike and winched it on up there."
Next Tuesday, Cade has to skip school to stand in front of a judge.
Yes TECHNICALLY the police have a point under Florida law, but where was the common sense?!!!!
Cade now says: "Now I'm kind of scared to ride my dirt bike."
A Virginia mom got a criminal record for letting her son walk to a pond, two little girls in Pennsylvania got hauled into court over a broken swing, and now an 11-year-old in Florida gets printed for riding to go fishing.
We are criminalizing childhood in this country.
Even THE TOWN MAYOR called Cade a "good kid." She's right.
...and for the love of God, somebody give this kid his bike back.
