I spent 6 years at Zillow and Trulia. We gave buyers the listings. Every house, every photo, every price history. What we never gave them was leverage: what to offer, what the seller will actually take, and who's really on their side. That's the part of homebuying still stuck in 1995. It's the part we're fixing at Homa.

You found the house. You did the research. How much should you pay an agent to close the deal? Zillow alum @armanjava’s @BuyWithHoma raised $5M to help buyers keep more of the commission. It says buyers receive an average $10,560 credit at closing. My exclusive for @twifintech: thisweekinfintech.com/p/excl…

The national average for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage just hit 7.4% — the highest in nearly 3 years. Your home purchase could buy it back down. On a $500K home, that’s $10,000 back. With @BuyWithHoma, it’s yours to use. At today’s 7.40% rate, 0.75 points off a $500K home (20% down) saves about $200 a month.

Wall Street is moving to Dallas. And a lot of home searches may be moving with it. @TXStockExchange is rolling out corporate listings, @MorganStanley just announced a major new Dallas regional headquarters, and the city’s finance sector continues to grow. @BuyWithHoma is already live across Texas to help welcome the people and families behind those headlines. Tour homes on demand, work with a team of experts throughout the purchase, and receive up to 2% back at closing. tryhoma.com

How our AI Offer Estimate works, and where it stops: It reads comps, price history, days on market and price cuts, then suggests an offer range and how much bargaining power you likely have. What it doesn't do: submit anything. A licensed Homa broker reviews, drafts and negotiates every offer. AI for the analysis. Humans for the judgment calls.

One of our buyers got $12,000 back at closing on a $624,900 home in Round Rock, Texas. The same math on a Bay Area home is a different universe. At $1.5M with 2.5% offered to the buyer's agent, the credit would be $22,500. The bigger the price, the more it matters who's on your side of the table. (Depends on seller-paid comp and lender approval.)
