This is three years in the making:
1) @TheBlueMatt co-authored the spec and improved decentralization by letting miners select transactions
2) We funded Fi3 (@dev_sv2) to begin work on a neutral FOSS implementation of SV2, which is now SRI
3) We funded @pavlenex, a PM and leader of SRI/SV2
4) We funded @plebhash, who improved the API and helped get the release out the door
