Random advice for new dads: take a lot of videos of your kids. Seems obvious, but in the moment it’s easy to forget. You’ll treasure them later.

When I first sat down with Lohit Sarma, it was clear that his ambition, drive, and focus was special. It's rare to find a founder with his combination of product chops, deep understanding and empathy for the customer, and absolute drive and vision. Even rarer is to partner with a founder who's found an offline market that is begging for a modern, AI-native solution.
Corporate entertainment is broken and obsolete. Ande has brought, structure, technology and AI agents to a category that enterprises spend enormous sums on but manage with spreadsheets and guesswork.

When we (@lightspeedvp) led the Series B in 2019 it was clear that this team was a standout. Syed Ali had built Cavium into an industry leader and Reza Kazerounian had a long track record of success in shipping innovative chips.
From the beginning, the founders had a vision to build AI into low cost, low power microcontrollers to power physical intelligence at the edge. Today that vision is a reality.

Something I realized when I became a parent is there's a window of time when your parents are healthy, your kids are little, and everyone gets to experience multiple generations of family spending time together. Cherish this time and don’t take a single moment of it for granted.

This might piss off a lot of people but it has to be said. The pizza in NYC is absolutely better than the pizza in Italy and I don’t think it’s close.
Not only does NYC have the best slices in the world, with a true crust and undercarriage, but also the best Neapolitan pizza in the world, so idk what there’s to debate.
