releasing today as planned
closer to the evening/night ET
been heads down on arcads v2, so here's what it actually is
people are cards. cards are coins
any X profile can get a card. anyone can release one, and whoever releases it becomes the card's creator. you can buy the first copies in the same tx, so you're first, not a bot
every card has 10,000 copies:
8,000 trade on a bonding curve, same curve math as pons
2,000 we keep for packs
you buy and sell on the curve with ETH or $ARCADS, doesn't matter. the reserve is always $ARCADS: ETH gets swapped on the way in, so every card trade goes through $ARCADS
6.9% on every curve trade, buy and sell:
4% to the person on the card
2% to the protocol
0.9% to whoever released the card
the person on the card doesn't have to do anything until they want it: log in with X, claim the card, everything it made is already there
when all 8,000 are sold, the card graduates into its own coin:
1M supply
200k plus the whole $ARCADS reserve go into a uniswap v4 pool against $ARCADS, locked forever
800k are claimed by card holders, 100 coins per card
we tuned the curve so the price doesn't jump at that moment: the last card on the curve costs the same as 100 coins at pool open
pool fee is 1.5% on every swap, always taken in $ARCADS:
70% to the person on the card
30% to the protocol
your cards don't burn at graduation. you keep them, they're for crafting: crafting burns cards and coins into unique cards
missed the curve? you can still get the card after graduation: burn 100 coins and mint one. every next mint costs 0.1 more, so the more people want the card, the rarer it gets
$ARCADS is the base of everything: every curve is in $ARCADS, every card coin trades against $ARCADS
all on robinhood chain

soft launch: Friday, October 9
full launch: within 3-5 days after the soft launch
first, we make sure everything works, then scale
gm, sorry for going quiet. got home a few days ago after a long trip around the world and irl stuff hit hard

arcads v2 with $ARCADS paired creator tokens
This quoted post is unavailable.
our approach is simple: just build a much better product.
clans, fnf, and cabals are standard in crypto. we figured out how to integrate them all into our social trading app.
the final product is a mix of:
- what @fomo should be
- a social fantasy app
- world-class analytics
first users can come by EOW
so basically, these are the "pillars" @fomo is built on.
X is packed with user feedback on what everyone hates and wants fixed.
that's why I'm taking @arcadsfun new vision and merging it with fantasy mechanics. Imagine social trading with NFTfi.
watch me build $ARCADS to 10M mc in the next few weeks
arcads.fun retweeted
spent roughly a week fixing $ARCADS representation everywhere:
- scanners flagged the token as suspicious due to impersonation risk
- there was no logo in any of the popular wallets
now things are back to normal, everything is doing great
arcads.fun retweeted
basically, @arcadsfun v2:
- social trading terminal
- social fantasy game
- token launchpad
- advanced explorer for @RobinhoodCrypto and @arc
watch how i'm gonna connect all these things together
v2 is coming next week

arcads terminal v1
fantasy v2 (season 2)
robinhood explorer
arc explorer
---
very soon
gm chads
i was quiet here for a week because i was building. long post.
---
i now run my own archive nodes for @RobinhoodCrypto chain and @arc, with my own indexers on top. every block since genesis.
why my own: robinhood chain makes 857,000 blocks a day. reading that through a paid rpc gets expensive fast, and i needed every block, not samples.
right now it's 66m blocks and 3b+ logs on robinhood alone.
---
here is what the last 30 days on robinhood chain look like.
504,564 tokens were launched. about 16,800 a day.
they came from around 250k wallets. 85% of those wallets launched once. 3,006 wallets made 36% of all launches.
one bot wallet launched 10,447 coins. 92% of them never had a single trade.
about 1 in 10 launches is a bundle: the dev exempts his own wallets from the anti snipe tax and they buy in the first 3 blocks. in 44k launches those wallets took 10% or more of the supply before anyone else could buy.
one coin, cobie, showed 7.2m eth of volume in 11 hours. it was 702 buys and sells inside the same transactions, from a wallet holding 0.0003 eth.
a normal buyer sees none of this on a chart.
---
so the main thing i'm building is a trading terminal for regular people, on robinhood chain and arc.
the data above is part of it. when you open a token you see if it was bundled, what the dev did with his previous coins, how much of the volume is fake, and who is actually selling.
i also read a few thousand app store reviews of trading apps. the complaints repeat: depositing is easy and withdrawing is not, you only see the fee after the trade, leaderboards show unrealized pnl, and "top traders" sell into the people copying them.
so the terminal shows the price and the fee before you buy, has take profit and stop loss when you buy, shows pnl only from real trades, shows your friends' trades instead of strangers', and lets you withdraw as easily as you deposit.
i'm not competing on execution speed with the pro terminals.
---
cards are part of the terminal.
traders have cards. devs have cards too, and every coin a dev launches counts like a trade: did his holders make money or did he dump on them.
people are cards. cards are coins.
---
fantasy.
season 1 was a test: cards of real people, decks of 3, a rating from onchain pnl and x growth, scored every hour, a daily pool for the top 100.
what i learned: follower counts don't tell you anything, pnl from a third party api was often wrong, and screenshots can't be checked.
season 2 starts in 1-2 weeks on its own site. season 1 resets.
it uses the same cards as the terminal. a trader's card follows his real pnl, a dev's card follows how his holders did. you pick people instead of copying their trades.
decks, leagues and crafting cards into higher levels. i'll post the details before launch.
---
the launchpad i promised is still coming. it will be a part of the terminal, not a separate app. details later.
---
there will also be two separate checkers, one for robinhood chain and one for arc. same data as the terminal: paste a token or a wallet and see who is behind it.
---
i'm still doing this alone, no team and no investors. agents write code at night, i check it and ship what works.

launching in 2 days 👀
launchpad meta hits the trenches hard.
i'm turning @arcadsfun into a launchpad.
let's see how it goes. live in 2-3 days.
p.s. not launching a new token. $ARCADS remains the one

something big is coming.

long post. where $ARCADS goes.
---
social trading is everywhere now. everyone posts screenshots of their pnl.
but nobody verifies anything. you just believe the screenshot.
this is what i started fixing.
first pump fun cards. then i built an api that scraps real fomo wallets. then external wallet connection in profile, so your card prints your real pnl and not your follower count.
---
then i went deeper and found something.
on RH chain you can not even see who really traded a token.
dexscreener shows you the same 3 addresses selling everything. these are not people. these are bundlers — they send transactions for other users and pay the gas.
and uniswap v4 shows the router in the swap event, not the person.
so both ways to find a real trader are broken at the same time.
because of this i thought my own token was attacked. twice. it was not. it was my own creator fees being sold lol
every chart, every screener, every holders list on this chain is wrong right now. nobody noticed it.
i can see through it. i already built the pipeline for this.
---
so here is where it goes.
arcads is identity.
today everyone in crypto is just an address. 0x something. you don't know who is behind it and you don't know if he is actually good or just loud on twitter.
i want to know who is who and what he really did onchain. verified, not screenshotted.
this is the base. everything else stands on it.
---
fantasy is the first thing on top.
cards, decks, league — all of it runs on this data. better identity = better game.
but it is only one experiment. when you have real people with real track records you can build a lot of things. more are coming.
---
about infra
$80 alchemy bill for 16 hours was enough for me.
now i run my own node and my own indexer. all data comes from my own pipeline.
not because it's cheaper. this chain makes 857,000 blocks per day. you can not build this on someone else's meter.
and nobody can turn me off.
---
i work alone. no team, no cofounder, no investors. my agents code while i sleep, i ship what works in the morning.
but work is hot. something ships almost every day.
---
today everyone here is just an address.
i want to make them people.

latest news.
yesterday i built a cool new feature, but got an $80 bill from Alchemy for 16 hours of usage.
so now i'm spinning up my own RH infra and an onchain indexer.
probably will finish in a few hours and will be testing it.
