Really sad to see @ScotGovFM Nicola go. I can absolutely imagine how knackered she must feel with everything after such a long time doing what she does, but I always felt like Scotland was in such safe hands with her. Feeling a lot of trepidation at yet more uncertainty.
Old white dudes at poetry open mic nights have a very specific energy and I am absolutely not into it.
Kind of have to love Anthony Kiedis' total disregard for songwriting at this stage. Pretty sure that line in the new @ChiliPeppers song was something about 'the sexy art of condiments'...

💕 Cracking night @stereoglasgow with @livdawnofficial @arborgreen_ @bensidermusic & The Sweetheart Revue to raise money & awareness for @alzscot. Thanks to everyone who came along and gave such warm support.

On stage at 8ish or shortly thereafter at @stereoglasgow. Feeling sunny and looking forward to it. No idea which songs I'm gonna play. Will probably just freestyle a setlist. Come down if you're around. £10 for me and 3 other acts (all great) and all proceeds to @alzscot. 💚

Being busy is really good but so is not burning out and collapsing in a heap. For that reason I am spending today on my own, not speaking to anyone I don't need to and not doing anything I don't want to do. #SelfCareSaturday. It's important. Reminder to look after yourself. 💚
We had the best time on Monday at @thehugandpint! Love to @432presents for putting us on, and to stunning supports @Fidra_music, ur.friend and Pippa Blundell! That was a really lovely one, thank you all so much for coming out to see us. Here's a snippet of new tune Wanderer. 💚 X
