The illegitimate love child of K3s & docker compose. Brilliant!
github.com/sandys/kappal This is a personal project that im open-sourcing. Its one of those projects-that-should-exist-but-nobody-wants-to-kill-their-business. It takes ur standard docker compose file and runs it transparently in kubernetes (k3s actually). So ur devs don't have cognitive dissonance between testing ur stack locally on ur laptop and making it work on kubernetes in production. It is primarily meant as a dev tool on ur laptop, and as a replacement for docker compose. Named kappal after the Tamil freedom fighter who created India's first shipping company.

The answer is cost @garrytan . How do you prove (and measure) that the cost of your ai agents is efficient enough to beat Zoho ? Unless you use something like Stringcost, there is no way. arakoo.com/
Zoho’s business would be first to be competed away by people building their own custom software built by people using @Replit @emergentlabs and @Taskade Why pay $30/seat/month for over bundled SaaS when soon even nontech ops ppl can vibe-code a custom solution in a weekend?

Imagine how hard it is if this was an agentic software. Imagine if your model was mistral in france. Let Stringcost do your ai accounting.
>be a solo founder in Estonia running a SaaS startup from my laptop >get first customer in France >spend 3 days learning French VAT rules >get second customer in Germany >German VAT is different, apparently 16% on Tuesdays >VIES portal down again >invoice rejected because sequential number has wrong font >pay 500€ for VAT consultant to tell me I owe 12€ >GDPR email arrives from Austrian data authority >it's about a user who signed up with a fake email >accountant says I need a local rep in 7 countries now >total revenue: 78€ >total compliance cost: 2,400€ >EU says they're "supporting innovation" >close laptop, apply for remote job at US startup instead

💯 this. And the single biggest problem is that it is crazy hard to price ur AI. Look at how much even Lovable struggles with this. That is what we are solving with Stringcost arakoo.com/

8- TL;DR - check that you have: Clear unit economics from day one - does each customer give you more money or lose you more money Pricing higher based on value, not costs; keep pushing this up

The interesting thing with @dunkhippo33 thread is that everyone who disagrees with her is arguing that the cost of LLMs will drop. But as Lovable illustrates, thats not where cost accrues. It is agentic turns. When Lovable turned on Agents, the costs became complex.

Billing, settlements and revenue. Thats what we fix using stringcost arakoo.com/

If you're an Al-native startup, your strategy is a market-structure question: which layer of this stack will actually hold durable value when the infra bubble deflates and everyone has strong models?

As the Ramp folks say "one place the lights have never been fully turned on is how ..." We are doing this for AI agents token, steps & MCP cost. We are the @tryramp for AI agents !!
There’s a famous paper about fishing villages in Kerala, India. Before cell phones, fishermen would return to shore and sell their catch to whatever market they happened to reach first. Prices swung wildly from village to village, some fish spoiled while buyers in the next town had none. Then cell phones arrived. Fishermen could call ahead to find the best market for their haul. Prices stabilized, waste plummeted, and outcomes improved for both buyers and sellers. This image has stuck with me for years as a reminder that when people have access to complete information, they make better decisions. For decades, economic research (and @Rich_Barton companies) have chased this idea of “turning the lights on” so participants can see clearly. Homebuyers have @zillow. Job seekers have @Glassdoor. But one place the lights have never been fully turned on is how companies spend, operate, and make decisions. That’s changing. At @tryramp, we’re building one of the fastest-growing datasets in the world on how the best companies spend and operate: every transaction, policy, and purchase decision mapped against outcomes. And we’re just scratching the surface of what’s possible when AI, productivity, and economics intersect. That’s why we’re hiring an economics intern for next summer! Someone who’s not just interested in theory, but in uncovering real-world insights about how modern companies allocate capital, structure work, and make decisions in the new AI-driven economy. If you’re excited by the idea of bringing the same clarity to business spending that cell phones brought to fishermen: @arakharazian and I would love to talk!

This is exactly why @OpenAI will use something like assetCLI. There is a much bigger TAM for owning your token launch than people think.
These “OpenAI tokens” are not OpenAI equity. We did not partner with Robinhood, were not involved in this, and do not endorse it.  Any transfer of OpenAI equity requires our approval—we did not approve any transfer. Please be careful.

Congratulations to all the winners. We fought well till the final interview 🫡 Thank you @colosseum folks for the time. Our accelerator interview scheduled for 15 mins ran over to 40 mins. If ur interested in codegen for Internet Capital Markets & a new L2...dm me.
Announcing the winners of the @Solana Breakout Hackathon!💥 Read about the winners & honorable mentions: blog.colosseum.com/announcin… The list of winning teams accepted into our accelerator program will be shared in the coming days. Congrats to all!🏆

Yes. That is why it can't be handled even by a portal with a drop-down option!! @colosseum @mattytay You need an AI to codegen the right combination for you. And then guarantee that the codegen is correct (via the VM/BFT).

Agreed on this. AssetCLI is the Shopify.

During our @colosseum interview , we were asked - isn't token launch a one time thing ? Why do you need to solve ? Because capital formation & management doesn't stop at IPO. It is a compliance heavy activity that goes on for the life of a company. Compliance is everything

This is the future we are bullish for. That's why we built assetCLI for @colosseum

4/ The question is, what comes next? The answer is, companies can drive value into tokens — without outsourcing to a foundation — as long as the value lives onchain. Tokenholders can and should fully own and control onchain revenue, assets, and infrastructure.

Congratulations! Next step - issuance of stock on the Blockchain. Which is a lot more complex. You need codegen ...and more importantly verifiable codegen to run and manage this.

That is the question we asked ourselves during our @colosseum submission (which got us into the final interview round). And the clear answer is - insanely excited. As LLMs get 100x better...our vision of the "Hyperliquid for Token Launchpads" get 10000x easier.
If you're a GPT wrapper, are you excited or terrified at the thought of LLMs getting 100x better? If it’s the latter, you're probably building the wrong thing.

Exactly why assetL2 exists. github.com/assetCLI/assetl2
the future of venture is forming capital around special people/company/situations and not forcing people/companies into pre-existing capital structures. we've limited both the scope and scale of outcomes by limiting the world to brain-dead cash/equity trades
43
DePIN is an example of an ongoing token launchpad @mattytay Token launch doesn't end on day zero if ur raising to bootstrap supply (electricity, wifi, what have you). That's why u need something like assetCLI & assetL2 - the Hyperliquid of Launchpads github.com/assetCLI/assetCLI…

I’m excited to introduce Clark, the first AI Agent to build internal enterprise apps. We’ve raised $60M, including a fresh $23M from @sparkcapital @kleinerperkins, @MeritechCapital and Greenoaks. Unlike consumer vibe coding tools like Lovable, Replit and Bolt that only generate prototypes, Clark builds production-ready internal apps — enforcing your enterprise standards: 🧩 UIs generated using your design system 🔌 Integrations with private APIs, databases and SaaS apps 🔐 Permissions mapped to @okta & @azuread groups 🛡️ Security with audit logging, secrets management, and vulnerability scans Clark is designed to operate exactly like a human internal tools team. It's built on a state-of-the-art multi-agent architecture, emulating your Designer, IT admin, Engineer, Security Operations, and QA employees. When Clark generates an application, you can modify it in 3 ways: 1. Natural language - talk to Clark 2. Visual – Edit it like in Figma 3. Code – Use your IDE like Cursor or VSCode Global enterprises in regulated industries like @Instacart (CART), @carrier (CARR), and @cvent (Blackstone) already run their mission-critical apps on our platform. Our customers save $5m on average. Book a demo and we'll save you $5m too. And we're so confident that if we can't, we'll donate $5,000 to a charity of your choice: Book a Demo – superblocks.com/clark --------- As part of this launch, we’re giving away the system prompts of leading AI products like Cursor, Manus, and Codex. These 6,000 line system prompts have enabled them to become billion-dollar companies on top of foundation models. Retweet this post and comment ‘Superblocks’ below, and we'll send you the link so you can engineer world class prompts yourself. 👇 See Clark in action in the thread below
