so i actually starting watching and wow this one is insane. nothing like it exists on the internet (and its free!)
@neuralkian literally holds your hand all the way through. no excuses. this is not another hand wavy gpu economics video. everything is explained starting from a simple physics formula.
also lots of lore about how the industry actually works and how the math connects. well fucking done!
BIG NEWS!
My ~8 hour course on AI data centers is now live on @freeCodeCamp!
From Watts to Tokens: 16 chapters covering grid power, 800V DC racks, liquid cooling, networking and GPU cloud economics.

I curated 223 free physics textbooks, written by the physicists who teach the courses and shared on their own pages, university sites and open archives. No sign-up, no paywall, no pirated copies. From high school mechanics to string theory. 👇

You can now train your own Decision model with our free notebook! 💡
Qwen3.5-4B will generate decisions instead of text on just 8GB VRAM locally.
Learn to data prep (state, questions, gold answers), train, serve.

You can now train your own Decision model like Jev locally!
We increased Qwen3.5 0.8B’s aggregate accuracy from 20.7% to 74.3% across 3 decision benchmarks - on just 4GB VRAM.
Turn any LLM like Qwen3.8, Gemma 4 into decision models with our open-source Unsloth repo.
We fine-tuned with a Clef head using Unsloth and LoRA (r=64) for one epoch, increasing downstream accuracy from 30–37% to 78%.

Goose: my latest programming language. Safer, faster and less memory than Rust/C++ for algorithms where tightly packed, flat data structures matter.
It can represent more kinds of data structures as flat, pointer-free bytes than any language I know.

Your AI agent can now read the entire internet, with zero API fees.
Agent-Reach plugs into Claude Code, Cursor and other agents and lets them read and search X, Reddit, YouTube, GitHub, LinkedIn, Instagram and more from one CLI.
→ no paid APIs
→ your logins and cookies stay on your machine
→ if one route gets blocked, it switches to a backup automatically
→ install by pasting one link into your agent
Almost 90K GitHub stars and one of the fastest-growing repos on GitHub today.

Jev will probably go down in history as the most thoroughly spanked startup ever — a brutal reminder of how few ways are are to create a competitive moat in software these days.
(Hint: if you don’t have proprietary data that clearly distinguishes your offering then watch out.)
1. Launch a service that popularises a novel and valuable way to use LLMs
2. Watch literally everyone clone it almost instantly, in many cases beating it

Cloudflare's Clef beat Jev in just two weeks
How: "frozen" Qwen does one prefill pass, a tiny schema head scores every answer option in parallel, with no text generated at all.
That's why it's 4x faster than Jev at 2x the accuracy on some benchmarks.
And it's open source!

THEY JUST LEAKED THE PDF EDITOR THAT LEAVES ADOBE WITHOUT CLIENTS
It's called RevPDF, it does the same as Adobe, it's free and weighs only 20 MB.
It's an open-source PDF editor that works directly on your computer, no accounts, no subscriptions, and no uploading your files to any server.
With it you can:
→ Edit text and images directly on the document
→ Sign contracts and forms
→ Censor sensitive data before sharing
→ Compress the file to send it faster
→ Convert the PDF to Word
It works offline, so your private documents never leave your computer.
If you work with contracts, invoices, or documents daily, this tool saves you an entire subscription.
Save it for when you need it.

AI security stack is getting f...cking important
10 open-source GitHub projects for letting agents use real tools without giving them the keys to EVERYTHING
01 E2B
▸ github.com/e2b-dev/E2B
→ isolated sandboxes for agent execution
02 gVisor
▸ github.com/google/gvisor
→ sandbox untrusted workloads
ISOLATE THE AGENT
03 Firecracker
▸ github.com/firecracker-micro…
→ lightweight microVM isolation
04 Kata Containers
▸ github.com/kata-containers/k…
→ containers with VM-level isolation
CONTROL THE TOOLS
05 Open Policy Agent
▸ github.com/open-policy-agent…
→ policy checks before actions execute
06 Casbin
▸ github.com/casbin/casbin
→ permissions + access control
PROTECT THE SECRETS
07 Infisical
▸ github.com/Infisical/infisic…
→ secrets management for AI infrastructure
08 SOPS
▸ github.com/getsops/sops
→ encrypted secrets inside repos
WATCH WHAT HAPPENS
09 Falco
▸ github.com/falcosecurity/fal…
→ detect suspicious runtime behavior
10 Trivy
▸ github.com/aquasecurity/triv…
→ scan code + containers + infrastructure
the security loop:
request → permission → sandbox → tool → execute → inspect → allow / block → log
3 layers I'd actually build:
agent:
E2B → OPA → Casbin
runtime:
Firecracker → Falco → Trivy
secrets:
Infisical → SOPS
and this is where it gets interesting:
giving an AI agent more tools makes it more useful
it also gives it more ways to break something
the next agent stack isn't just memory + tools + reasoning
it needs permissions ⭣

really really like this
very elegant, based and theorypilled
lots of interesting open Qs around agentic extensions, e.g is turn-level resampling sufficient or do you need environment replay
but a rare principled free lunch for the awkward in-between zone we call “midtraining”
