I swear...everytime I call @TELUS @TELUSsupport customer service, THEY FUCK SOMETHING UP. IT NEVER FAILS. After 20+yrs with them, I think I'm ready to goooooo! You call for ONE thing and they end up messing up my entire account. I'm thoroughly annoyed right now

Hello @JustFlyGlobal do you think I'm cancelling because I want too? I would much rather be on my way to the beach. $200 cancelling fee for something out of our control is ridiculous. ANY fee being charged right now is ridiculous especially since the airlines waived their fees.
I was already doing my own but damn...gonna step my own game up!!!
