Called this one nicely $AI
Add black cumin seeds (not black seed oil, the seeds) to your bone broth
Practically no taste but makes the broth even healthier

Things to consider when it comes to battling pathogen-related gut issues (in no particular order):
1. Eliminating alcohol.
2. Avoiding starches (especially coming from grains).
3. Avoiding zero calorie food additives such as sweeteners.
4. Ditching corn.
5. Taking a break from dairy.
6. Ditching nightshades.
7. Stop working out on an empty stomach.
8. Stop consuming literal sugar (Peaters mad) (this does not mean go zero carb, it will 100% backfire in the long run).
9. Getting sunlight 5 times a day.
10. Getting enough selenium in your diet.
11. Getting enough iodine (occasional use of organic kelp).
12. Eating organic olives.
13. Drinking chamomile.
14. Eating coconut oil (make sure that you have enough vitamin A in your system).
15. Getting enough thiamine (supplementation might be necessary for a short period of time)
16. Sauna (yes, sauna).
17. Run a thyroid panel (you won't be able to nuke pathogens without enough thyroid).
18. Ditch PUFAs (the use of cold-pressed blackseed oil, could be a NET positive in this case though).
19. Lowering stress, especially before eating (this is CRUCIAL). Ideally, you want to eat outdoors as well.
20. Stop showering or drinking tap water (this also means do not swim in swimming pools).
21. Avoiding most supplements no matter how "good" they're supposed to be on paper since most of them have bad additives (see pinned tweet). When it comes to B1 you'll need to find a powdered one in order to avoid this (be careful with the dosing).
22. Consider an olive lead tea/extract if you can find a quality one (and the rest of the stuff do not resolve the issue) (just make sure to get enough magnesium and potassium as well).
23. Practise wim hof breathing post meals (just a couple of rounds).
24. Do not drink too much water and do not drink too many liquids close to meal time.
25. Get enough B12 and K.
If these do not work after a few months (1-3), then consider adding mild antimicrobials.
