You gunna ball at FSU Big Dog 💪🏽
Coached a high school O-line group today, and we were simply working on getting off the ball in the run game.
I got into my stance, fired off the line, and all I heard was:
“God damn!”
They were shocked at how fast and low I came off the ball.
I believe a trainer should lead by example. If your offensive lineman can move like I demonstrate in the run game and pass protection, he’s going to be in a great position. If your defensive lineman can consistently beat me in pass pro, he’s getting pretty damn good too.
Athletes don’t just watch what you teach…they watch how you move, how you prepare, how you carry yourself, and the standard you set.
Lead by example. Every rep. Every day.
