I've been building DeCaf to make caffeine habits easier to understand, and reduce my dependency without migraines
You can log what you drink, see an estimate for bedtime and keep a simple sleep diary. Here's what that looks like.

OPUS 5.5, WHAT THE F*CK IS THIS
i asked it to put Minecraft inside GTA 5 and now there's a Nether portal in Los Santos, creepers between cars and piglins under the freeway while everything catches fire
now i'm thinking about adding survival mode, imagine getting five stars and having to punch a tree before the cops arrive
or i could spawn the Ender Dragon downtown and make this everyone's problem
Over time, Trends lets you look at estimated caffeine and your recorded sleep ratings on separate scales. It's a way to notice your own patterns, without treating a chart as proof that one thing caused another.
If you're curious, take a look at decaff.app and join the waitlist for a launch notification. DeCaf is currently in iPhone and Android testing, so signing up doesn't automatically give you testing access.
I average a release a day and am very responsive to feedback!
If you want to test I am happy to give you free Pro as a thank you!
Then you can put bedtime in the picture. DeCaf estimates how much caffeine may remain at the time you plan to sleep, giving you some context for the next coffee decision.
That was key for me - how can I stay energized without hurting sleep?
It starts with a simple log: what you drank, how much caffeine it contained and when you had it. You can choose from the drink catalog, reuse a recent entry or enter a custom amount.
